1. Exchange or return period

You can request a replacement or return of the product within 14 days From the date of receiving the request.

2. General Conditions

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused and unwashed.
  • The product must be in its original packaging with all labels and tags.
  • Products that appear damaged or have been used cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. Non-returnable products

Some products cannot be returned or exchanged, such as:

  • Discounted products within “final clearance” or “no returns or exchanges”.
  • Products made to order or specially modified for the customer.
